Clarksons awarded silver EcoVadis medal in recognition of sustainability efforts
We are proud to announce that Clarksons has once again been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal in recognition of our continued commitment to improving sustainability across our global business operations.
EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted business sustainability rating platform, grades businesses against 21 sustainability criteria across four key categories. This year, Clarksons scored above the industry average in all four pillars, with an overall score that places us in the 88th percentile of all companies rated by EcoVadis.
Our 2022 scores show a continued year-on-year improvement since first signing up to the voluntary assessment scheme in 2017. EcoVadis recognised the progress made by Clarksons this year, noting the implementation of additional policies and measures over the last 12 months. New initiatives, particularly in relation to the environment and sustainable procurement categories, helped boost Clarksons’ overall score, with EcoVadis noting that Clarksons ‘demonstrates an advanced management system on environmental issues.’
