Clarksons Real Estate Investment Management AS is a specialised alternative investment fund manager with focus on real estate funds. We offer our investors access to a diverse array of real estate opportunities through six closed-end funds (including two single-asset funds), ensuring a broad spectrum of investment options tailored to meet various financial goals and risk appetites.

Clarksons Project Development AS

We develop real estate projects from regulatory processes to newbuilds and complex renovations. Our multidisciplinary team of economists, engineers and architects ensures a holistic approach to maximising stakeholder value.
