Clarksons Global Trainee Broker Programme is an incredible opportunity providing Trainee Brokers with a breadth of experience to help accelerate career development, while at the same time, developing the next generation of brokers who can deliver the full value of Clarksons to clients.
What is the Trainee Broker Programme?
As a Trainee Broker on this programme, you will gain experience working across some of our key shipbroking divisions, with learning and development to support your traineeship, and more besides! You will have access to our leading resources, training, and our people, as well as opportunities to help form and shape your career as a shipbroker.
This is a one-year entry level programme, comprising:
- Rotational seats across some of our key shipbroking divisions.
- Accelerated development of technical, organisational, and professional knowledge/skills.
- Full support system through manager, local colleagues, and programme manager.
- Cohort connection to other programme participants globally.
- Involvement with leaders across Clarksons.
- Assignments and business initiatives.
Upon completion of the one-year programme, trainees will be considered for a further one-year extension, which may include a secondment in one of our overseas offices.
