Clarksons Appoints Rouven Willner as Head of Offshore Renewables, Singapore
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rouven Willner as Head of Offshore Renewables in Singapore.
Rouven joined Clarksons in 2018 as an Offshore Broker in our Hamburg office. With over 12 years of experience in the offshore wind industry, he brings deep expertise and strategic insight to this new role. His focus will be on expanding our presence in key emerging markets across the APAC region, including Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines.
In his new position, Rouven will support developers with vessel strategies and collaborate closely with owners and shipyards on newbuilds for the Offshore Renewables and Subsea sectors. He will work alongside Neil Buchan, who has been instrumental in building our APAC renewables footprint, and the wider team to drive growth and innovation across the region.
