We are pleased to welcome our 2025 Global Trainee Broker Programme Cohort
We’re delighted to welcome 20 new trainees to our 2025 Global Trainee Broker Programme, joining us from eight international offices across: Connecticut, Dubai, Hamburg, London, New York, Oslo, Singapore and Tokyo.
Recently, the cohort came together at our London office for a global induction - an important and energising start to the programme. The induction is designed to help trainees build strong connections, get to know Clarksons and the industry, and prepare for their roles through interactive learning sessions, networking opportunities, expert-led insights, social events and external industry visits.
The trainees are now undertaking broking rotations in their local offices, gaining hands-on learning and practical on-the-job experience, supported by expert mentorship and our leading tools, technology, and resources.
Trainees are a much-valued part of our business, bringing fresh perspectives, curiosity, and a growth mindset that fuels innovation and reflects our shared passion for excellence. We’re excited to see what they’ll achieve!
