This offer document has been prepared by Drakkar BidCo AS in order to document the terms and conditions of its voluntary offer (the “Offer”) to acquire all issued and outstanding shares in Rana Gruber ASA, pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act of 29 June 2007 no. 75 at an offer price per Share of NOK 79, subject to such adjustments as set forth in this Offer Document.
The Offer can be accepted by a shareholder in the period from and including 27 January 2026 to and including 16:30 CET on 24 February 2026 (subject to extension at the sole discretion of the Offeror).
